Dave's Diner was manufactured in 1997 by Starlite Diners of Florida. The diner colors, layout & decor were carefully chosen to create the fun and colorful look of the 50's era. The diner was then shipped to its Middleboro location from Florida on five large trailers and assembled in a modular fashion in only three days. Dave's Diner opened in January of 1998 with the same philosophies as the diners of old: "Serve Great Food, by friendly and attentive servers, in a clean atmosphere!"

We make our own corned beef hash.
We make our own fries by hand cutting Idaho Russet Potatoes.
