Catering/Function Policies
Pick-up or Drop off Catering:
*all items are subject to meals tax
*Allow minimum 3 days notice for final menu
*Payment in full at time of pick-up or delivery (delivery is an additional fee)
*Chafing dishes, Sterno, Buffet Tables, Cambro food boxes, Plastic
plate ware/silverware, Serving utensils and staff are all available
for an additional cost.
On Premise Functions at the BBQ Bar:
*Minimum of 50 people (total inside and out 175, weather permitting)
*All Menus served buffet style
*Non-Smoking facility
*Liquor policies must be followed, cash bar or open bar options are available
*Deposit for booking is required and deducted from the final bill
*Final menu selection, guest count and payment due 5 days before
*Refund of the deposit and cancellation of the function can occur 5 days before the
event if weather is a concern
*NOT responsible for poor weather the day of the function
*On-premise Booking Hours: Breakfast 7-10am, Lunch 11am-4pm, Dinner 5pm-10pm
*Wood fired pizza oven (inquire at booking)
*Large screen TV's, Sound system, 40 seat bar, Keno, Pavilion, Tucci Umbrellas, on site
